1. Reservation:
To secure a rental car, it is recommended to make a reservation in advance. Reservations can be made online, through a phone call, or at the rental car office. -
2. Payment:
All rental reservations are considered non-guaranteed until the payment of advance amount. Upon confirmation, a receipt will be shared over whatsapp or email confirming the car. -
3. Self-Drive:
Find Your Car doesn’t provide rental services on self-drive basis. All rentals are inclusive of a driver along with driver expenses. -
4. Details of Car:
All relevant details including car make, model and variant along with pictures and number plates, driver name, cell number and license number will be shared a day before the duty starts. -
5. Vehicle Use:
The rented vehicle should only be used for personal transportation purposes. It should not be used for commercial, off-road, or illegal activities. -
6. Rental Period:
The rental period begins and ends at the specified dates and times agreed upon during the reservation process. Late returns may incur additional charges. Any extension in the rental may be done with prior notice to the company.

7. Fuel and Toll Taxes Policy:
The rental car should be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup. Failure to do so may result in additional charges for refueling. In addition, toll taxes are also to be paid by the client. This point isn’t valid for rental duties where fuel, toll taxes and driver expense are included in the package. -
8. Cancellation and Refunds:
- 72 hours or more before rental: Full refund
- Within 72 hours of rental: 1 day rental will be charged.
- No-show or cancellation on the day of rental: Total trip rental will be charged.
(In case of a booking inclusive of fuel and toll taxes, fuel amount will be refunded) -
9. Changes to booking:
Subject to availability and potential additional charges. -
10. Limitation of Liability:
Find your car is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, such as accidents, theft, or natural disasters. -
11. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Pakistan. -
12. Reserves the Right
Find your car reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice and at their disposal.
